Your guests write. The agent answers. You stay in control.
WhatsApp Agent answers your guests’ questions in whatever language they wrote in, around the clock, using nothing but your riad’s own information. The moment a message touches dates, availability or payment, it stops and tells you.

- No booking confirmed without you

A receptionist who never sleeps, and knows where to stop
Most of what a riad receives is a simple question asked for the hundredth time. The agent handles those. The rest — anything that commits your house — stays with you.
It replies in the guest’s language
A message in Darija gets an answer in Darija; one in Dutch gets an answer in Dutch. The language is detected on every message, without the guest choosing it and without a fixed list decided in advance. If you would rather read everything in one language, you pin it in the settings.
It knows your riad and nothing else
You describe your house once — rooms, hours, services, policies. That is the agent’s only source. What is not in it, it does not invent: it passes the question to you.
It stops dead on availability
Dates, calendars, firm quotes, deposits: these are caught before the agent even starts thinking, and go straight to you. A room cannot be promised twice.
You approve before anything is sent
By default every reply lands in your inbox as a draft. You approve it, edit it, or reject it. The day you trust it, you switch to sending automatically.
It reaches you on WhatsApp
When something comes back to you, you get a message on your own WhatsApp with a link to the conversation. No app to install, no notification to watch.
You can see what it costs
A prepaid credit and the meter beside it: what each day and each message consumed, and what is left. No estimates, no opaque bundle, no surprise invoice at the end of the month.
Running by the end of an afternoon
No migration, no new number to give your guests, nothing to install on the phone at reception.
- 1
We connect your number
The WhatsApp Business number your guests already use. Nothing changes on your listings, your cards or your website: messages keep arriving in the same place.
- 2
You describe your riad, once
One page in the console: the rooms, the hours, breakfast, the airport transfer, your rules. In your own words. That text is what the agent recites, and nothing else.
- 3
You read along for a few days
Replies arrive as drafts. You see exactly what the agent would have sent, correct anything that does not sound like you, and fill in the gaps in your profile as you go.
- 4
You switch it to automatic
Once the drafts no longer need touching, one switch is enough. Availability requests keep coming to you regardless — that part cannot be turned off.
What the agent will never do
These are not instructions handed to a model in the hope it obeys them. They are rules written into the code and checked before the agent thinks about anything at all. A double room booked twice costs more than a late reply.
State that a room is available
The agent is connected to no calendar. It cannot get the room, the date or the night wrong — it simply cannot answer, and it says so.
Confirm a booking
No booking can come out of a conversation with the agent. The guest gets a holding message, you get the request, and you close it yourself.
Invent a price or a policy
If it is not in your riad’s profile, it does not exist as far as the agent is concerned. It has no general knowledge about “riads” to recite on your behalf.
Carry on when unsure
An uncertain classification, a model outage, a message it does not understand: in every one of those cases the conversation comes back to you. Silence is never filled with a guess.
Everything said in your name, in one place
Running more than one house? Each has its own inbox, its own profile and its own meter, and you can hand a riad to a manager who will see only that one.
An inbox, not another dashboard
Every conversation, pending drafts at the top, escalated threads flagged. Approving a reply is one click.
Your riad’s profile, editable any time
A rate changes, breakfast moves half an hour later: you correct the text, and the agent knows on the next message.
Your balance, day by day
How much credit is left, and what each day consumed, message by message. Nothing to discover at the end of the month.

What people ask before signing
If your question is not here, write to us — we answer ourselves, without an agent.
Do I need to change my WhatsApp number?
No. The agent connects to your existing WhatsApp Business number, the one already on your listings and in your replies to guests. Nothing changes for your guests.
Can the agent confirm a booking for me?
No, and it is not a setting. Any message mentioning dates, availability, a deposit or a payment is caught before the model is involved and passed to you. The guest gets a holding message, never a promise.
What happens if it does not know the answer?
It does not guess. The conversation is flagged to you on WhatsApp with a direct link to the thread, and the guest is told the owner will reply. That is also what happens if something breaks technically.
Can I read everything before it goes out?
Yes, that is the default. Every reply is held as a draft until you approve it, edited first if you like. Sending automatically is a choice you make when you are ready, riad by riad.
What does it cost?
Running the agent is billed on usage. You put credit in, each message draws on it, and the console shows your balance and your spend day by day — in practice a few cents per conversation. For setup and support pricing, write to us at contact@lyabots.com: it depends on how many houses you run.
I run several riads. Is my data mixed together?
No. Each riad has its own profile, its own conversations and its own meter, and nothing crosses between them. You can hand one riad to a manager: they will reach only that one, and will not even see that the others exist.
How many messages went unanswered this week?
Show us a real conversation from your riad. We will send back the reply the agent would have written, using your own information — before you decide anything at all.
